These models also include 1.5-inch foam board insulation, three 12v lights, two 110v outlets, vinyl flooring, a metal roof, a standard camper door, and five windows (four small, one large kick-out window).

To date, our fastest “shell” build is 46 days. Our goal is to stay within the 2-month range. Some builds do take longer pending what all customs options are requested.
Yes, we meet all DOT requirements for lighting. Our builds are under all 3 of the maximums allowed for height, width, and length.
A standard 12-foot shell weighs around 2,900 pounds. We built a 17-foot unit that was a complete build with many of our packages installed and it weighed just less than 4,000 pounds. This build is actually pulled by a Lexus SUV. You do not need a “big” truck. However, the wider the wheelbase, the less swaying you will have when pulling.
We do not. Our motto is “If you can dream it, we can build it”. Every build is 100% custom to you! We have to stay within the physical DOT requirements on the outside, but whatever happens on the inside is completely up to you.
Yes! We will make sure you feel safe and comfortable before you head down the road in your new wagon!
Yes, it is! Small trailers react very quickly and are extremely “squirrely” when backing up. The longer the trailer, the easier it is to control.
Yes, they are. To go truly “off the grid” I recommend going with one of our solar options.
The options are endless. We have a customer that actually lives in hers and travels the country visiting family and friends. They are great for making memories with the kids on family camping trips. We’ve made several “Business” models for people that travel to various types of fairs selling their products. Some set them up in their backyard as an “in-law” suite or even an Airbnb. (Just make sure your HOA approves if you live in a community that has one).
Currently, we do not. This is something we are looking into for the future.
There will be a ton of communication and pictures along the way. Even on a very “simple” shell build, there is still a lot of customization and options available. One of our favorite sayings is “They start off as customers and end up as friends.”
Yes! We love having visitors at our shop in Russiaville Indiana. We have a wagon on site along with 7 acres and a pond to fish in. We only ask that you bring carrots or apples for our 6 donkeys, mule, and horse.
